Patient Service Specialist - Medical Front Office

Select Medical -  - Responsibilities:
Process referrals, schedule patients, complete intake, data entry, insurance verification, authorizations, and review of benefits with patients.;
Coordinate patient appointments with the Center manager to minimize cancellations and support treatment adherence.;
Register patient information and ensure forms are complete and accurately documented in the electronic medical record.;
Verify patient insurance and obtain required authorizations, explain benefits, financial responsibilities, and outpatient policies.;
Reconcile and post charges daily and generate billing reports to support clean claim processing.
