We are seeking passionate clinicians who are committed to increasing access to high-quality mental health care for veterans, active‑duty service members, military families, and first responders. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with high‑acuity trauma, understands the unique needs and culture of these populations, and is motivated to provide evidence‑based, compassionate care to those who serve our communities and country.

- Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field (from an accredited institution)
- Pre‑licensed candidates: LPC‑Associates, LMSW, LMFT‑Associates (Must have at least 2 years of experience and be within 6 months of full licensure)
- Fully licensed candidates: LPC, LCSW, LMFT (with or without an existing caseload)
- 1–2 years of experience working with veterans and/or first responders
- Training in trauma‑focused interventions (basic + advanced), such as EMDR, CPT, TF‑CBT, ART
- Ability to develop and deliver clinical services tailored to military and first responder populations, including families and spouses
- Advanced trauma training
- Experience treating PTSD and crisis response
- Additional evidence‑based training (CPT, EMDR, TF‑CBT, ART)
- Military Cultural Competency coursework (completed or willingness to complete)
- Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans
- Maintain a caseload of 25+ sessions/week (for full‑time clinicians)
- Provide high‑quality, client‑centered therapy services
- Complete documentation according to company standards
Coordinate care with internal and external providers and supports - Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and required trainings
