Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review Equipment Layout Drawings (ELD) in AutoCAD 2D format to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Engineer on various tasks, including generating Motor and Device (MAD) lists, developing Critical Controls Logic (CCL) for the system, and conducting PLC program simulations with the controls group.
• Develop and implement PH Installation/Commissioning/Checklists for each piece of equipment, ensuring thorough and efficient commissioning processes.
• Create and execute Commissioning Plans and project schedules, overseeing the entire commissioning process from start to finish.
• Verify that equipment has been installed according to the project Equipment Layout Drawings (ELD) and project specifications.
• Conduct wet and dry commissioning tasks as outlined in the Commissioning Plan, troubleshooting any issues that arise during the process.
• Maintain accurate time charging networks in SAP to track project expenses and resource allocation.
• Provide installation support, warranty support, and troubleshooting assistance as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Associate of Applied Science degree in an engineering-related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in engineering principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to read and interpret 2D drawings with precision.
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience producing layout drawings and MAD lists in an engineering environment.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 70% of the time for field work, with the ability to work onsite in the Grapevine, Texas area from Mondays through Fridays when not at customer sites.
