Construction Project Manager- 5 days onsite in Grapevine for the first few months, then transitions into a hybrid remote/onsite model

RequiredSkills
- Minimum of 5+ years of related architecture or construction experience, including 2+ years in project or people management
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Excel, Word, with knowledge of architectural and construction principles
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Excellent collaboration skills with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders
- Ability to interpret and apply building codes and relevant project data
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with proper grammar and clear idea articulation
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to work onsite initially in Grapevine, Texas
- Experience with Sketch Up, BIM
360, and residential projects - Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent bachelor’s degree
- Familiarity with new technology projects and design innovation
- Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and disciplines
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in architectural project management
- Prior experience working on residential or diverse architectural projects is advantageous
- Onsite presence in Grapevine, Texas, for at least the first 2-3 months, with potential to work 3 days in the office and 2 days remote thereafter
- No travel required for this role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with sound judgment
- Commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to established standards and procedures
