Construction Project Manager

• 5 days onsite in Grapevine for the first few months, then transitions into a hybrid remote/onsite model

Are you a skilled leader with a passion for architecture and project management? We're seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager/Job Captain to oversee complex projects in Texas. This pivotal role combines technical expertise, team collaboration, and strategic leadership to drive successful project outcomes. • Minimum of 5+ years of related architecture or construction experience, including 2+ years in project or people management
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Excel, Word, with knowledge of architectural and construction principles
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Excellent collaboration skills with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders
• Ability to interpret and apply building codes and relevant project data
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with proper grammar and clear idea articulation
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work onsite initially in Grapevine, Texas

• Experience with Sketch Up, BIM
  360, and residential projects
• Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent bachelor’s degree
• Familiarity with new technology projects and design innovation
• Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and disciplines

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in architectural project management
• Prior experience working on residential or diverse architectural projects is advantageous

• Onsite presence in Grapevine, Texas, for at least the first 2-3 months, with potential to work 3 days in the office and 2 days remote thereafter
• No travel required for this role
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with sound judgment
• Commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to established standards and procedures
