The Project Coordinator is a key support role within our Radius Security Division, helping ensure the smooth installation and ongoing service of our security systems across Texas. Our Texas team is close-knit, collaborative, and highly connected. You’ll work closely with another Project Coordinator, our Project Manager, Field Technicians, and key Operations team members, while also collaborating remotely with teams across Canada.

As the central point of coordination, you’ll help keep projects organized and on track—supporting a smooth transition from sales handoff through installation and ongoing maintenance.

This role is a great fit for someone who naturally becomes the go-to person. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering consistently exceptional service to both internal teams and external customers.

Compensation: starting at $22.00/hour, depending on experience.

Job Description

Customer Experience

  • Keeping a pulse on the customer throughout the installation of the project to ensure everything is going smoothly, and quickly addressing any issues that arise, to mitigate any issues.
  • Resolving any customer inquiries, performing basic troubleshooting if needed or escalating to the correct individuals to drive solutions.
  • Proactively addressing any required system/product updates and involving our Project Manager when needed to support.
  • Conducts investigative work for incidents related to our monitoring services, ensuring our equipment functions effectively. Additional, educates customers on recommended actions for them to mitigate risks.
  • Once a job is awarded, the sales team hands over the project to the Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator then collaborates closely with the Project Manager to facilitate the roll‑out. This role is responsible for organizing and coordinating work, engaging with Project Managers, Field Technicians, Command Center, Supply Chain, customers, subcontractors, and external vendors.
  • Reviews sales paperwork and assembles job files according to installation project standards.
  • Consistently updates internal systems with updates on the progress of installation and system maintenance.
  • Work closely with different team members to ensure we meet delivery commitments.
  • Manage inventory transfer between warehouse and jobs or service.
  • Coordinates with third‑party vendors/subcontractors.
  • After project completion, collaborates with the Project Manager and Technician Manager to review the project's success and identify key learnings to enhance the coordination of future projects.
  • Builds strong relationships with all internal stakeholders.
  • Organizes travel requirements for team members traveling.
  • Oversee the accurate completion of timecards.
  • Create and maintain SOP’s within the department.
  • Invoicing and report creation.
