Commission-Only | High-Growth Opportunity

PGP Pro Services is seeking a driven Account Executive (AE) to help grow and manage commercial client accounts across the DFW Metroplex. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants uncapped earning potential tied directly to account growth and execution.

This is not a salary role
. It is a commission-only opportunity with a clear, performance-based structure and strong operational support.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop, manage, and grow commercial client accounts
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients
  • Present proposals, scopes of work, and pricing
  • Follow up on bids and convert opportunities into awarded work
  • Grow accounts year-over-year through repeat business and service expansion
Operations & Service Management (Required)
  • Manage the operations and service side of each awarded job
  • Coordinate subcontractor bids, scopes, and schedules
  • Oversee invoices, billing, and pay applications (pay apps) in coordination with operations and accounting
  • Ensure jobs are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget
  • Act as the liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with PGP Pro Services subcontractors
  • Ensure subcontractors meet quality, safety, and performance standards
  • Coordinate communication and expectations throughout the lifecycle of each job
Leads & Support
  • Qualified leads will be provided
  • Account Executives are also expected to generate their own leads
  • Marketing materials, branding, and sales support are provided
  • CRM and internal systems provided

  • Annual Account Volume tiers (running total from January 1–December 31)

  • Experienced in commercial construction, facilities, or service-based sales
  • Strong relationship builder with a client-first mindset
  • Organized, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple jobs at once
  • Confident working with subcontractors and vendors
  • Able to manage both sales and execution
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
