Returns Analyst II

• Be a key member of the Returns process as part of the Order to Cash team
• Identify gaps in the refund and rebate process and drive improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to process returns efficiently
• Own the rebate process, including document review and payment queuing
• Provide weekly reporting on the status of returns and address incoming questions

• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of the Accounts Receivable process
• 1-3 years of experience in an Operations role
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask and reprioritize
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Net Suite, and Stripe preferred

• Experience with Salesforce, Net Suite, and Stripe
• Proven ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience working in a customer‑centric role
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
