Position Overview
As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. You'll assist them with loading their purchases into their vehicles and ensure that our store entrance is clean and welcoming. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining an adequate supply of shopping carts near the entrance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with customers as they enter and exit the store.
- Assist customers with loading their vehicles to ensure their satisfaction.
- Monitor the entrance area of the store to keep it organized and user-friendly.
- Maintain a sufficient supply of shopping carts for customer use.
- Collaborate with fellow associates to create a friendly and efficient shopping atmosphere.
