Grades Teacher Position
Woodland Charter School is a public Waldorf charter school located in the beautiful Siskiyou Mountains in Murphy, Oregon. We are currently seeking a skilled teacher to join our dynamic faculty for the 2026-27 school year. We offer a competitive public school teacher salary with annual step increases and a benefits package that includes; paid sick leave; individual medical, dental and vision coverage;

We are seeking an imaginative, collaborative and joyful class teacher to join our wonderful faculty as we continue to offer an innovative Waldorf Inspired Education. Class teachers at Woodland Charter School are part of a lower loop (1st-4th) or upper loop (5th-8th). We continue to develop, improve our outcomes, and are listed as one of the Top 50 most improved schools in Oregon.
Qualifications- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably with an education-related major
- Waldorf teaching certification or commitment to enroll in an approved training program
- Oregon teaching license
- Enthusiastic, creative, and loving with students
- Ability to work well with colleagues, administration, and parents
- Strong communication skills
