Operating a rental and Ready to Go fleet of 2,000 specialist trucks, vans, and trailers from depots in Airdrie, Livingston, Grantham, Oxford, Haydock, and London Luton, they offer an exciting and dynamic work environment.
Competitive pay rates of £17 per hour, hours of work 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Damage Assessment and Repair Planning:
Inspect damaged vehicles, determine repair needs, and plan the process.
- Structural and Body Repair:
Straighten frames, remove dents, and replace damaged panels.
- Welding and Metal Fabrication:
Utilize MIG, TIG, or other welding techniques for structural repairs.
- Refinishing and Painting:
Prep surfaces and apply paint to match OEM standards.
- Mechanical and Electrical Work (MET):
Remove and reinstall exterior trim, mirrors, doors, and electrical components.
Skills, Experience, and
Education:
Communication:
- Clear and effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients.
Knowledge/Expertise:
NVQ or equivalent
- Strong understanding of automotive/truck body structures, welding techniques, and painting equipment.
- Previous experience in heavy-duty collision repair or auto body repair (3-5+ years).
Innovation:
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and repair techniques.
- Creative problem-solving skills to tackle complex repairs.

- High attention to detail for precise panel alignment and paint matching.
- Commitment to safety and compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.

Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest standards and within the specified time frames.
