Finaways is looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Finance Broker to join our fast-growing team. Key ResponsibilitiesYou will actively engage with business owners across the UK to develop and maintain relationships, this will be with existing customers and new. Assisting in upholding existing relationships with introducers and processing warm flow-type leads with the opportunity to also outbound a large database which is updated daily. This role will require you to follow our sales processes and ensure that documentation and conduct is in line with the FCA and Finaways regulations.
We would like you to be driven and keen to broaden your knowledge on all aspects of the industry but to specialise in asset finance and business loans, utilising all lender and funder systems will be required and working in collaboration with colleagues to ensure successful completion of transactions. All training and support will be provided through one-on-one mentorship with the directors and management.
- Report to Directors on KPI’s and pipeline
- Develop understanding of the Commercial Finance Sector
- Enhance knowledge of the UK SME space
- Develop and maintain client relationships and maintain client expectations
- Generate business through outbound calling (via the groups client database)
- Read and interpret company financials using manual account and statements analysis (training provided)
- Compose accurate and compelling proposal documentation and funder applications (training provided)
- Ensure accurate CRM and FCA Compliance is maintained at all times
We are looking for someone who is confident speaking on the phone to clients and able to build rapport, training and scripts provided to aid integration from initial start. Someone who can follow a sales process, meet KPIs, and stay focused under pressure. We would like to find someone ambitious, resilient, and hungry for success.

- If you have more than 2 years’ experience, we would consider a more senior role
