We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of our domiciliary care service in Grantham Lincolnshire. As a Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our service users while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall management and leadership of the domiciliary care service
  • Ensuring the service is operated in line with CQC regulations and company policies
  • Recruitment, training, and supervision of staff members
  • Conducting regular assessments and reviews of service users to ensure their needs are being met
  • Managing budgets and resources effectively
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including local authorities and healthcare professionals
  • Implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes
  • Handling any complaints or concerns from service users and their families
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive working environment for all staff members

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in IT and record-keeping
  • Experience in budget management
  • Passion for providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable individuals
