This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Grantham for a Care Manager – Compliance & Growth. The Care Manager will oversee case management for clients, ensure compliance with care standards and support the growth of the service. Responsibilities include managing client care plans, training new caregivers and ensuring the highest standards of service in elder care and social services. Regular interaction with clients, caregivers and stakeholders will be expected to foster positive relationships and develop tailored care solutions.

• Experience in case management and managing individualised care plans
• Skills in training caregivers and supporting professional development
• Proficiency in elder care and compassionate support for ageing individuals
• Knowledge of social services and navigating relevant resources
• Understanding of medicine and health‑care practices related to elder care
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a local, community‑oriented setting
• Relevant certifications or background in health‑care, gerontology or social work preferred
