We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, strategic, and charismatic person to join our team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, becoming an integral part of the commercial team.

• Management of subcontractors and accounts
• Supporting the Commercial Manager and managing the commercial team
• Managing client disputes and internal auditing
• Maintaining the commercial risk register
• Overseeing weekly valuations and confirming measurement accuracy
• Conducting cost analysis and cost reduction initiatives
• Reviewing contracts and analysing rates
• Producing Commercial Value Reports (CVRs) for all projects

• Strong analysis skills with demonstrable experience of making sound decisions informed by data intelligence
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise
• Inspiring, influential, and charismatic communication skills with extensive experience in effectively landing messages
• Highly experienced Senior / Managing Quantity Surveyor with high commercial awareness and strong problem‑analysis skills
• Experience delivering NEC contract schemes, sub‑contract management expertise, and a background in the utilities/civil engineering sector
• Track record of developing junior colleagues to high performance (desirable)
• A UK driving licence (essential)
• A degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, or significant experience in a similar position (essential)
