This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Key Account Support Administrator based in Grantham. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include providing best‑in‑class customer service, managing and supporting key accounts, ensuring efficient account management. The Administrator will assist with maintaining strong client relationships, resolving queries efficiently, and supporting the achievement of business goals by coordinating closely with the Business Development Manager and Customer Experience Team.

• Strong Customer Service and Account Management skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Prior experience in a support, customer‑facing, or administrative role is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with applicable business software, including spreadsheets and CRM systems.
