Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 0900 - 1700
Our client, a leading East Midlands Accountancy firm, is seeking to appoint an experienced Bookkeeper to its Grantham office.
Duties for the Bookkeeper- balance and maintain ledgers
- match purchase orders to invoices
- monitor and tally expense receipts
- pay vendor invoices
- monitor bank account balances
- prepare financial statements
- oversee cash flow and balance sheets
- assist with payroll
- set up supplier and customer accounts
- deal with customer queries
- attention to detail
- proficient with the Sage and Excel
- superb interpersonal skills
- well organised demonstrating excellent attention to detail
- creative thinker
- adaptable
- self motivated and highly organised
- ideally AAT qualified/ part qualified or QBE
- previous Bookkeeping experience
