Position Overview
Find your calling at Mercy! The Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients. The Regional Resource LPN will float between designated Community Mercy Hospital facilities.
Position Details- Regional Float Pool LPN – East Region
- Part‑Time
- Shift: Nights
- Sign‑On Bonus: $2,000
- No Contract
- Base Pay:
Determined by experience - Shift Differentials: $2.75/Evenings, $3.75/Nights, $1.50/Weekends
- Day‑One Comprehensive Medical, Vision & Dental Insurance

- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license in the hiring state and meet all State Board of Nursing requirements
- One year of recent bedside LPN experience in Med/Surg; minimum two years for ED, ICU, etc.
- Epic experience (preferred)
- Certifications required to start: BLS for Med/Surg; BLS, ACLS for Critical Care; BLS, ACLS, & PALS for ED. IV certification required.
Stand/Walk most of the time on duty; significant bending, stooping, lifting, and turning patients with assistance; push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds.
