The Materials Handler – Warehouse Operator Trainee team member will be responsible for maintaining inventory in the warehouse and delivering various raw materials and fiberglass products where needed.

The list of Duties and Responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive, and employees will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.

• Maintain inventory of raw materials and fiberglass products in the warehouse. Receive and store incoming raw material.
• Deliver raw materials and fiberglass products to areas where needed.
• Pick up raw materials from completed runs of product.
• Operate slitters. Cut mat and veil and deliver where needed to Pultrusion machines.
• Operate the forklift and overhead crane system.
• Stage trays of product for daily needs for Pre-Assembly.
• Assist with monitoring finished goods inventory.
• Assist in housekeeping activities in warehouse and keep general work area clean.
• Work overtime as business needs require.
• Perform other duties as assigned and directed.
• Comply with Strongwell guidelines, rules, and procedures as contained in the Employee Handbook and miscellaneous memos.

High school education. At least 6-12 months of work experience at Strongwell.

• Physical requirements will include some heavy lifting, squatting, walking, and long periods of standing.
• Split time between office and manufacturing environment.
• Manufacturing environment will include exposure to moving machinery, fiberglass, fumes, and chemicals.
