Hire Level is looking for General Laborers in Granite City, IL.
Job Title: General Labor
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Granite City, IL
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Shift: Sunday: 10am – End of production;
Monday–Thursday: 3pm – End of production
Similar Positions: Material Handler, Order Picker, Dock Worker
Responsibilities- Load and unload materials from trucks or trailers
- Manually lift, move and stack items throughout the shift
- Operate pallet jacks or other basic warehouse equipment
- Inspect materials for damage and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Work as part of a team to meet production and shipping deadlines
- Must have own, reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs throughout the shift
- Must maintain a great attendance record
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
- Willingness to work overtime or extended hours based on production needs
