Position is full-time, daytime hours, located in Granite City, IL.

The region’s leading provider of integrated behavioral and primary health care is seeking an integrated outpatient clinician to work with clients for co-occurring (Mental Health & Substance Use) services. Responsibility includes promoting self-directed recovery, trauma‑informed care, evidence‑based individual, family, and group therapy, linking clients to community resources, and fostering positive interactions within Chestnut and the community.

• Help consumers regain control over their lives through self‑directed recovery.
• Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma‑informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness.
• Use evidence‑based practices focusing on individual, family, and group therapy.
• Link clients to community resources including DCFS, probation/parole, courts, medical care, and natural supports.
• Promote positive interactions within Chestnut and with the community to sustain a favorable program reputation.
• Offer telehealth services as dictated by funding sources, client needs/desires, and supervisory assignment.

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field and qualify as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) in the state of Illinois. IL licensure of LMFT, LCSW, or LCPC required.
• Must be willing to be trained in the Community Reinforcement Approach (CRA).
• Must obtain CRA certification within 3 months following training.
• Basic computer skills and experience to include MS Word, Outlook, Teams, email and an electronic medical record (EMR).

The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $44,400 - $50,575 annual salary, based on qualifications, experience, and local market conditions.
