• Develop relationships with business clients and referral sources
• Assess commercial insurance needs and provide coverage recommendations
• Prepare and present quotes for commercial policies
• Manage the sales process from initial conversation through binding
• Maintain accurate sales records and follow-up activities
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure excellent client support

• Commercial insurance experience preferred
• Property & Casualty license required or willingness to obtain
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational habits
• Comfortable working with business owners and decision-makers
