Our Sales Associates utilize their passion, high energy, and knowledge to provide a unique sales experience that meets the needs of our customers in the ever‑changing world of wireless. They also support their local communities through the TCC Gives program, which includes 16 paid volunteer hours per year, up to $10,000 grant funding per quarter, and participation in company‑supported quarterly community initiatives such as School Rocks Backpack Giveaway, Teachers Rock, Rescues Rock (pet adoption), and Rock the Pantry (food drive).

- Act as a passionate customer advocate, assisting, advising, and educating customers on wireless products and services.
- Drive sales and customer satisfaction, focusing on value to all customers.
- Conduct outbound calls to customers seeking information about our products and services.
- Maintain excellent communication skills and stay connected through company resources.
- Perform operational procedures, including store opening and closing responsibilities.
- Balance customer experience with performance goals and achieve retail sales milestone goals.
- Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development.
- Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants, and more, while maintaining a positive attitude and equal participation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work guaranteed full‑time hours.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation; ability to work in multiple locations.
- Must stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to travel approximately 10 % of the time, as needed.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
