Manager in Training Position SummaryThe Manager in Training position is our entry level management position. The primary responsibility is inspiring and leading our associates to ensure that we achieve Mike’s Purpose with every customer.
Primary Responsibilities- Execute the Mike’s Purpose, and deliver on our Team Member Promise
