This role provides expert Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) support to the Transition Team during decommissioning, project and demolition activities across the refinery. You will ensure compliance with UK HS&E legislation, SEPA requirements and company standards. As a subject matter expert, you will lead Task Risk Assessments and drive safe operations across multiple sites.

• Provide HS&E support to the Transition Team during decommissioning, project and demolition activities.
• Ensure compliance with UK HS&E legislation, SEPA requirements and company standards.
• Lead Task Risk Assessments and deliver technical HS&E guidance.
• Coach, influence and challenge managers, supervisors and contractors to achieve safety objectives.

• Proven background in an operational or Upper Tier COMAH environment (minimum 5 years).
• Strong knowledge of UK HS&E legislation, SEPA standards and high-hazard risk management.
• Experience leading Task Risk Assessments and providing technical HS&E guidance.
• Degree in HSE, Science or Engineering plus NEBOSH Diploma or Chartered IOSH/IEMA (or working towards).
• Ability to coach, influence and challenge managers, supervisors and contractors.
