INEOS Grangemouth is an integrated refinery and petrochemicals centre of excellence – the largest manufacturing site in Scotland. This role is a key position within the KG Engineering Team, responsible for delivering safe and reliable operation of all instrumentation, electrical systems and equipment across the asset.

• Be an experienced team leader with a proven track record for setting a positive example, employing a rigorous approach to compliance and helping set clear expectations that empower others to deliver.
• Be a Chartered Engineer with a degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation & Control Engineering and have between 5 and 10 years of maintenance, engineering or construction leadership knowledge and experience in a manufacturing/energy environment.
• Demonstrate by example your skill set in the management of behavioural and process safety.
• Be capable of defining and implementing an inspection and asset care programme to achieve legal compliance and meet site standards for Safety Instrumented Systems, Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas and Electrical Safety.
• Manage the interface between multiple asset, business and 3rd‑party service teams.
• Possess the necessary skill set to manage multi‑disciplined work scopes within agreed budgets and timescales with the flexibility to safely adapt to change.
