Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, employees, and visitors at a retail mall location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and post orders, and by assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of common areas, corridors, entrances, loading areas, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing timely notifications to site management and/or emergency services as needed;
Control access through designated entry points by verifying authorization, monitoring visitor flow, and enforcing property rules related to loitering, disorderly conduct, and after-hours access;
Complete detailed patrol and incident reports, maintain activity logs, and communicate observations during shift handoff to support consistent security-related operations
