Celebration Cinema Rivertown, in Grandville, MI, is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Food & Beverage Manager who loves creating memorable guest experiences and running a strong, well-organized operation. This role balances great food and drinks with strong leadership, while keeping things fun.

- Food & Beverage Operations:
Lead all food and beverage operations with a focus on guest experience, quality, and consistency. - Inventory & Cost Control:
Order, monitor, and control food and alcohol inventory while managing food costs. - Receiving & Storage:
Accept and audit deliveries; maintain proper storage and rotation. - Facilities & Equipment:
Maintain concession, bar, kitchen areas, and all related equipment. - Quality & Compliance:
Ensure consistent recipe execution, portion control, food safety, and alcohol awareness. - Finance & Administration:
Handle end-of-month inventory and approve related account payables. - Events:
Plan and execute private and public group events. - Reporting:
Review financial and operational reports to spot trends and improve performance. - Theatre Operations:
Serve as Theatre Manager-in-Charge as needed or support the management team on shift. - Guest
Experience:
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming theatre experience for every guest; support daily theatre operations including public showings and private events. - Controls:
Enforce cash-handling policies and procedures. - Leadership & Team Development:
Train, coach, and lead teams to deliver Celebrated Service; delegate responsibilities and guide team members to meet operational goals; provide regular feedback, performance coaching, and motivation; foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful team environment; uphold safety, sanitation, security, and compliance standards; participate in hiring and onboarding as needed.
- 21 years of age or older.
- 1–2 years of restaurant and/or theatre management experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- TIPS Certification preferred.
- Serv Safe Food and Allergen Certification preferred.
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
- Physical requirements:
ability to remain mobile and on your feet for the entire shift; ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment; ability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, and frequently lift up to 50 lbs; ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members.
