Job Description

As a Forefront delivery driver you are the main liaison between the food service department and our valued partners at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health. You are directly responsible for delivering patient snacks & meals to patient units professionally and timely, ensuring the highest quality of service from kitchen to patient unit.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient snacks & meals to the correct location and within the correct time window.
  • Ensure highest quality of service and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Follow best practices & hospital policies for safety on the road and while loading/unloading a truck.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations for sanitation, food handling, and storage.
  • Problem‑solve and think on your feet.
  • Excel at independent, unsupervised work.
  • Highly communicative – no question is too small to ask.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including in other kitchen areas.
  • Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking and standing; uniforms and/or PPE may be required.
Additional Information
  • Apply acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks.
  • Readily learn and apply new information and methods in the assigned area.
  • Maintain appropriate licenses, training and certifications.
  • Work on routine assignments that require some problem resolution.
  • Work within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods.

Hourly Wage: $16 - $18
