As a key clinical provider you will diagnose, treat, and guide patients to better health, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and facility staff to deliver comprehensive post‑acute care.

• Perform physical exams and review medical histories
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.)
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications and create treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and facility staff
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently

• PA‑C license (or eligibility to obtain)
