Position: Machine Operator (Mold)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Machine Operator to work directly under our Floor Supervisor. This position will gain first-hand knowledge of EPS manufacturing processes.

Pay: $20 USD/hr

• Machine operator for hot wire cutting lines with an efficient, consistent workflow to maximize efficiency while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
• Stretch wrap bundles as needed and palletize.
• Track block numbers.
• Tape measure/ruler knowledge.
• Adaptive to change (moving from one line to another).
• Drive the line.

• Hardworking and enthusiastic personality.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Able to manage and set priorities in a changing environment.
• High degree of self-motivation and flexibility.
• Analytical and structured work approach.

• Position may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity.
• Ability to stand, bend, and stretch over extended periods of time during a normal work shift.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

• Monday through Friday
• Training Period:
  Start on 1st Shift (6:00am – 2:30pm) for the first few months
• After training, the role will transition to 2nd Shift (3:30pm – 12:00am)
• Flexibility is required, as hours may vary based on production needs
