IT Project Manager, Cybersecurity
Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Manage and ensure the high availability and performance of critical IT infrastructure, including production systems (MES, SCADA), networks, and servers.
- Oversee the cybersecurity strategy and implementation to protect sensitive data, intellectual property, and operational technology (OT) systems.
- Lead the planning, execution, and maintenance of IT projects, such as ERP/MES system implementations, factory automation integrations, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Provide technical support and leadership for all IT-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing processes and business operations.
- Develop and manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and service level agreements for hardware, software, and IT services.
- Ensure IT systems and processes comply with industry regulations, data privacy laws, and internal company policies relevant to manufacturing.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, data analytics, and automation on the factory floor.
- Proven experience managing IT operations and strategy within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing IT systems, including ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MES, SCADA, and industrial control systems (ICS).
- Demonstrated ability to lead IT projects, including system implementations, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in cybersecurity best practices and compliance relevant to operational technology (OT) and data privacy.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and cross-functional communication skills to collaborate with production and business units.
- Experience with Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI/ML in manufacturing, digital twins)
- Direct experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices for OT environments
