Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and optimize new and existing tooling solutions for manufacturing processes.
- Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production tooling to ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee the fabrication, assembly, and testing of tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
- Analyze tooling performance data to identify root causes of failures and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production, design, and quality teams to integrate tooling and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Manage tooling inventory, spare parts, and procurement processes.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for tooling design, materials, and processes.
- Expertise in mold/die design, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD, CATIA).
- Strong knowledge of tooling materials, heat treatment, and surface finishes.
- Experience in precision machining techniques such as CNC, EDM, and grinding.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis for tooling failures and implement corrective actions.
- Proficiency with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software for tool optimization.
- Experience with additive manufacturing technologies for tooling applications.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with robotics and automation integration for tooling systems.
