Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
- Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability of new products and smooth transitions to production.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production defects and implement preventative measures.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience in process optimization, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD) for tooling, fixture design, and process layout.
- Strong understanding of various manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, assembly, welding, injection molding) and their associated equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Experience with automation, robotics, or PLC programming in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with advanced robotics programming and integration (e.g., FANUC, KUKA).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Python, R, or SQL for predictive modeling.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with industrial additive manufacturing processes.
