• Process accounts payable, including vendor invoices for raw materials and operating expenses.
• Manage accounts receivable, including customer invoicing for manufactured goods and payment collection.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations accurately and timely.
• Process payroll for manufacturing staff, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Maintain the general ledger by posting journal entries and ensuring data integrity.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close procedures and generate basic financial reports.
• Support inventory tracking and costing by accurately recording material purchases and production‑related expenses.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Sage) and experience with ERP systems common in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated understanding of cost accounting principles, inventory valuation, and fixed asset management relevant to manufacturing.
• Proven ability to accurately manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Strong analytical skills for financial data reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.
• Experience with month‑end/year‑end close processes and generating financial reports.

• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor)
• Basic understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation methods
• Familiarity with fixed asset tracking and depreciation schedules
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
