We are looking for an Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and payroll taxes.
• Preparing complete and accurate individual tax returns.
• Support and assist teammates as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
• 1-year experience with Thomson Reuters software
• 1-year experience preparing tax return
• Perfessional, detail and deadline-oriented
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledgeable and experienced in preparation of 1040, Schedule A, Schedule C, Schedule D, Schedule E, State of Michigan Return, etc.
• Must be personable, ethical and able to convey confidence
• Quick Books experience

We are a small CPA firm that provides a broad range of tax and accounting services to our clients. We are looking for a qualified accountant to join our team. Candidates must be detail orianted, self motivated with client focus attitude, and work well with a team. Esperience with accounting, business and individual tax preparation, Quick Books software, and processing payroll taxes is required.
