What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with identifying struggling students in grades K-5 who would benefit from small group assistance during guided independent reading/math practice and/or with tutorials.
- Participate in all training related to the components of the support you will be implementing.
- Assist 21st Century tutors in administering pre- and post-assessments, as appropriate.
- Work with 21st Century tutors and site supervisor to implement 21st Century programming.
- Salary: $18.78 - 24.65 per hour (depending on experience)
- Working days: 4 days per week
- Hours per day: 3 hours
- 1 hour before school, 2 hours after school
- Temporary for the school year
- Up to 2 positions available

High School Diploma or equivalent - Experience:
Job related experience is desired. - Minimum qualifications:
Be at least eighteen years of age and hold a high school diploma or its equivalent. Must meet the minimum requirement for a paraprofessional (Hold an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university, have earned 72 quarter credits or 48 semester credits at the 100 level or higher at an accredited college or university or have passed the state para educator assessment).

The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, some climbing and balancing, some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling and some fine finger dexterity. The job is performed under minimal temperature variations and in a generally hazard free environment.
