Sr Financial Accountant

Job Description

Wyckoff Farms Inc is a large, vertically integrated Eastern Washington agricultural organization seeking a Senior Accountant to provide hands‑on leadership and oversight to a multi‑entity accounting department. Reporting directly to the Deputy CFO, the Senior Accountant will work closely with the Assistant Controllers and Division Managers to ensure accurate and timely reporting of accounting records.

• Highly analytical and creative in thought processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with financial and operational team members
• Able to prioritize projects and monitor progress to meet deadline expectations
• Must be reliable and accountable and possess a strong work ethic

• Daily maintenance of accounting records to ensure accuracy
• Assist in the preparation of budgetary and transactional accounting reports as needed by both Executive and Division management
• Reconciliation of various General Ledger Accounts for various entities
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Completion of special projects assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration required
• 3+ years of overall combined accounting and/or financial experience required
• CPA preferred
• General knowledge of accounting processes and procedures
• Prior experience with agriculture and/or food processing operations a plus
