Retail Sales Associate

Overview

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join one of the nation’s largest off-price retail stores. Retail Sales Associates are ambassadors of the Burlington brand, providing world-class service to customers. You’ll be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, keeping the sales floor neat and organized, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations. You may be assigned to work in any or all of the following departments:
Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time to time

Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
