We are seeking a Field Supervisor to lead our renovation crews in the field, ensure quality standards are met, and serve as the on-site leader for our projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in execution, accountability, and mentoring crews.

The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily field operations across active pool renovation projects. This role ensures work is performed safely, efficiently, and to Jackson Pool Surfaces' quality standards. The Field Supervisor works closely with the Project Coordinator and leadership team to keep projects on track and crews supported.

• Lead and supervise field crews across multiple pool renovation projects
• Serve as the primary on-site authority for workmanship, safety, and job execution
• Ensure renovation work meets company quality standards, specifications, and timelines
• Conduct daily job site inspections and address issues proactively
• Coordinate crew workflow, sequencing, and job readiness with the Project Coordinator
• Train, mentor, and hold crews accountable to performance and behavioral standards
• Troubleshoot field challenges related to materials, workmanship, access, or conditions
• Communicate progress, issues, and updates to the Project Coordinator and leadership
• Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and professional at all times
• Verify materials, equipment, and tools are available and properly used
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies in the field
• Assist with punch lists, final walkthrough preparation, and project closeout support

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in pool renovation, construction, masonry, or a related trade
• Prior experience leading crews or acting as a foreman or supervisor
• Strong understanding of construction quality standards and job sequencing
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and make sound decisions in the field
• Clear communicator who can work effectively with crews and office staff
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites
• Physically able to work in outdoor conditions and on active construction sites

• Full-Time Position
• $60,000-$72,000 Depending on experience
• Medical stipend (with full insurance coverage coming soon)
