Accounting Manager

Ourversed Accounting Managerwillmanage  all aspects of accounting,finance,and payroll. This role will supervise accountingpersonnel, handle dailytransactions, prepare reports, and develop standards and processes for proper financial management to meet company financial objectives .

• Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
• Enforcesproper accounting methods,policies and principles
• Collaborate with management on company’s financial strategy.
• Manage the company's financial accounts, payroll, budget, cashreceiptsand financial assets.
• Managethe company's transactions and debts as well ascash flow forecasting.
• Plan, coordinate, and perform the company's financial audits.
• Monitor and analyze financialandaccounting datato reach financial objectives.
• Create financial reports based on data analysisas well as forecasting.
• Manages the accounting staff whoare responsible for financial reporting,receivables,payables, payroll, and budget preparation.
• High levelof involvement and problem solving,in managing all aspects of accounting, financial,andpayrollexpectations.
• Ability to encourageassociatesto perform to their fullest capabilitiesthroughteam building.
• Possess exemplary work ethic andmaintaingood attendance (regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position).
• Be able to perform multiple tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously while performing various other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting, Finance or related, ,
• 5+ years’ experience in theaccounting management capacity
• 5+ years as a supervisor,manageror other leadership role
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles,standard sand regulations
• Experience with accounting software and databases
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous
  
  ERP experience preferred

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able tolift upto 15 pounds at times
