We have instituted the ability for flex hours that ensures team members get the time they need for personal matters while still being able to work full time.Paid trainingHealth and Dental insuranceGreat culture and team dynamicHourly pay: based on experience and certificationsEssential Duties/ResponsibilitiesAssist with drywall, plaster, texture, and paint repairs.Assist Carpenters - framing, cabinetry, roof construction, decks, and fences.Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.Help maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule as emergencies occurAssist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise.Competency – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Excellent Communication skills with a positive attitude.Willingness to learn, develop and grow your skills in the carpentry trade.Ability to follow instruction and work well in a team.Ability to pass and maintain a satisfactory background check.Ability to operate a vehicle safely.Attention to detail and ability to work with precision and safely.Strong work ethic and reliability.Maintain a level of confidentiality.Have the ability to work on rotation with an on-call schedule for emergencies.Ability to lift 50lbs frequently.Follow the Paul Davis Values, Vision, Mission, and 10 Serving Basics.All other duties as assigned.
