Sunwapta Falls Rocky Mountain Lodge, Jasper, AB – $17 an hour, full‑time. Seasonal positions run from May 7, 2025 to October 14, 2025. The lodge does not currently offer LMIA spots for international applicants.

We are seeking a highly motivated, customer‑oriented individual to join our seasonal Gift Shop Sales Associate team at our lodge in the Canadian Rockies. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist customers with purchases, and maintain the appearance of the gift shop.

• Greet and assist customers visiting the lodge’s gift shop.
• Deliver high‑level sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide product and service information.
• Process sales transactions, including cash, credit card payments, and merchandise returns.
• Stock, arrange, and display merchandise under manager direction.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop environment.
• Cross‑sell and cross‑promote hotel and restaurant products and services.

• Strong customer service skills.
• Retail sales experience (preferred).
• Hands‑on POS transaction experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Wage: $17 hr plus commissions (2%–5%).
• Staff accommodation available for employees over 18 at $4.41 per day.
• Completion bonus covering rent costs.
• Referral bonus: $500 if both your and your referral’s contract are completed.
