Position: MERCHANDISING/ SALES ASSOCIATE

Reporting to the dealership Parts Manager the Seasonal Team Member will be responsible for merchandising and sales of the amazing products we offer at Mighty Peace Harley Davidson, and Bannister GP Motorsports.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to an environment of excellent community member service, sharing our awesome products and spreading wellness through the in-store experience
  • Generate sales results through your outgoing personality
  • Be able to be on your feet for most of the day and occasionally lift up to 25lbs
  • Ability to learn about the products and gear we offer ( helmets, motocross gear sets, T-shirts, winter gear, hats, generators, lawnmowers, and snowblowers)
  • Liaison with the dealership when needed to turn over the sale of a dirt bike or ATV that will be on display
  • Uphold presentation standards, in order to elevate the in-store experience
  • Embrace the motocross and outdoor lifestyle and be able to relate to clients interested in this type of activity
  • Contributes to a team environment where all Team Members consistently experience a sense of belonging
