We currently have a Summer Student opportunity with the Operations Team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently performing daily clean‑up and providing backup coverage for vacation vacancies.

• General clean‑up; daily cleanup of wood debris accumulation to increase reliability and decrease risk of fire/explosion hazards.
• Use of applicable hand tools, air wands, brooms, shovels, and chainsaws when required.
• Hot work preparation and monitoring.
• Lockouts as required.
• Operate mill equipment as required.
• Assisting in operational preventive maintenance tasks.
• Flexibility to meet the changing needs within the business.

• Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have successfully completed a minimum of one (1) year of post‑secondary education.
• Successful candidate must be enrolled full time in a post‑secondary education program from September 2025 to April 2026. Evidence of educational requirements must be provided.
• Eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship.
• Willingness to wear all required personal protective equipment.
• Ability to perform essential job functions, which may include climbing stairs, navigating catwalks, lifting 50 lbs, bending, and performing repetitive movement tasks.
• Good communication skills.
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment testing process.
• Able to perform basic math and use computers.
• Industrial or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Experience in a self‑directed team environment is a plus.
