We are looking for an Associate Data Scientist (or Data Analyst or Data Scientist, depending on experience) to join our Data Science department.

The position is primarily aimed at analysis and reporting for our internal Product department. Our products generally focus on providing insights from hospital and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) data to a variety of customers including hospitals, health systems, health plans, ACOs, and other similar health or data exchange entities. This role will be responsible for using real‑time and historical healthcare data and user data to investigate new product opportunities and determine the health and user behavior of our current products.

The main skillsets include extracting, cleaning, and preparing data; summarizing, visualizing, and interpreting data for a range of customer personas; and providing recommendations to Product personnel, Data Science personnel, management, other departments, and external clients.

• Extract data to build metrics or create/update Tableau dashboards to track success toward company, department, and customer KPIs
• Share insights with internal and external customers regarding drivers of success or areas of opportunity
• Analyze data in new areas to help prioritize areas of focus
• Consult with internal and external customers to develop new dashboards, metrics, KPIs, outcomes evaluation, or ROI
• Respond to ad hoc analytic requests from internal and external customers
• Understand and use the data warehouse and relational databases
• Ensure accurate quality of deliverables by participating in peer review

• This role will work closely with other members of our Data Science department as well as many teams throughout the organization such as Product, Customer Success, Clinical Solutions, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and more.
