• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs spanning R&D, ensuring alignment from concept through feature delivery
• Proactively identify and resolve cross-functional blockers to accelerate delivery and facilitate resolution
• Drive predictability and velocity by partnering with Product and Engineering leaders to improve estimation practices
• Build coordination mechanisms for multi-team initiatives, including dependency tracking and communication frameworks
• Experiment and iterate on program approaches to continuously refine operational processes

• Minimum of 5 years of strategic Technical Program Management or Technical Delivery experience in a complex SaaS environment
• Proven track record of managing complex programs in a matrix-style organization
• Expertise in Jira administration and automation for operational process efficiency
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results on time and within budget in fast-paced environments
• Exceptional oral, written, and documentation skills with the ability to influence diverse teams

• Experience in a startup environment with a resourceful and adaptable mentality
• Proficiency in data analysis and building dashboards to monitor program health and metrics
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks
