Finance Executive; Payable

• Process Accounts Payable invoices and payments, ensuring accurate and timely recording in the system.
• Verify vendors’ invoices against supporting documents and obtain proper approvals before payment.
• Prepare and monitor Vendor Aging reports and perform Statement of Accounts reconciliations.
• Resolve all payment‑related enquiries and update daily cash flow.
• Prepare weekly cash flow and other relevant reports for management.
• Follow up and monitor payments from customers within agreed payment terms; highlight long‑overdue and potentially risky customers and suggest action plans.
• Perform intercompany billing and transactions, including month‑end closing, management reporting, and assistance with GST submission.
• Liaise with relevant departments to resolve issues and undertake any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

• Minimum LCCI / Diploma in Finance / Accountancy.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable.
• Must be able to communicate well and work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience in Microsoft Navision 2016 is an advantage.
• Some experience in using ERP systems.
• Diligent and detail‑oriented.
• Possess a positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Meticulous, extremely organized, and able to multitask.
