BIM Modeller; Revit)(ACMV

Roles & Responsibilities

The BIM Modeller (ACMV) is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining accurate BIM models for ACMV systems to support project design, coordination, and construction activities in accordance with approved standards, BIM requirements, and project specifications.

This role works closely with engineers, designers, project teams, and other trade modellers to ensure high-quality model delivery, effective coordination, and compliance with BIM Execution Plans and local regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop, update, and maintain ACMV BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD in accordance with project requirements
• Prepare coordinated 3D models, layouts, and drawings for ACMV systems
• Adhere to and implement project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and modelling standards
• Ensure ACMV models comply with Singapore BIM guidelines and relevant local building codes
• Support design development, coordination, and constructability reviews using BIM models
• Participate in clash detection, coordination meetings, and resolution of model issues
• Update models based on design changes, site conditions, and coordination outcomes
• Prepare shop drawings, schedules, and quantities extracted from BIM models
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and other trade modellers to achieve integrated models
• Maintain proper version control, documentation, and model accuracy
• Support preparation of as-built BIM models and handover deliverables
• Comply with workplace safety rules, project requirements, and company policies

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant working experience in BIM modelling for ACMV or building services projects
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD for ACMV modelling and documentation
• Good understanding of BIM Execution Plans, Singapore BIM guidelines, and local building codes
• Ability to interpret design drawings, specifications, and BIM standards
• Familiarity with BIM coordination workflows and clash detection processes
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a project team environment
• Demonstrates clear communication and coordination skills
