Job Description

• Performed site measurements and prepared detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in accordance with projectdrawings and specifications.
• Managed daily workforce updates using both WFM (legacy system) and DFF (new digital system).
• Prepared and submitted project claims for completed works, ensuring compliance with deadlines and documentation standards.
• Developed project quotations based on site meetings and design schemes to initiate Work Orders (WO) or Purchase Orders (PO) from clients.
• Purchased telecom and utility service plans, coordinated and applied for necessary NCEs (e.g. PUB, Singtel, M1, Starhub, Bluetel).
• Compiled and submitted Permit-to-Work (POWS) documentation for approval to carry out works near critical infrastructure (e.g. 200mm to 2000mm diameter water / sewer lines.
• Conducted site surveys and prepared Road Opening Applications (ROA) for approval from LTA and NParks (carriageway and turf works).
• Submitted supporting documents including proposed sketches, traffic control plans, and photographic records.
• Notified relevant agencies (e.g. BOS, NEA) regarding road closures, night work, and weekend works.
• Acquired GTP drawings through SP Group portal, prepared trial hole reports submitted findings for review.
• Applied for and secured necessary work permits and approvals from LTA, NParks, and RARL.
• Maintained and updated the LTA portal for daily work progress, including emergency and maintenance work submissions.
• Generated comprehensive project reports covering approvals, execution progress and final claims for internal stakeholders and clients.

• Able to read and understand As-built drawings is a must
• Good knowledge in Auto Cad
• As least 10 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor
• Detail oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
