A construction management firm is looking for an experienced Construction Engineer to oversee residential developments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of site experience in precast construction, be registered as a Resident Engineer with the BCA, and have the ability to lead site management teams. This role involves ensuring compliance with both Consultant's and Government's requirements and supervising the construction process.

Experience with HDB projects is a plus.
